Bill Ziegler était un artiste américain. De 1951 à 1952 il dessine la page du dimanche du célèbre comic strip "Annie Oakly" et poursuit, l'année suivante, avec le non moins célèbre "Dragnet" qui continuera jusqu'en 1954.
