Résumé: The issue starts with a previously unseen story from the days of The New Teen Titans, where the Titans face off against The Joker and Bizarro. Cutting to present day, we see Cyborg trying to reform The New Teen Titans (along with Red Arrow) to help guide the younger heroes of Teen Titans East. All the former members decline the invitation, so Cyborg decides that it's his job to whip the newbies into shape. Gathering the group together for their first mission, Cyborg sets up War Games, where all the members try to "tag" Power Boy. During the training session, the Teen Titans East are attacked by an unseen force from the sky, leaving at least one member dead, and the rest severely wounded.
