Résumé: Blackhawk Wu Cheng is KO'd by a robot. Doc and Batman escape Right Red Hand cultists, then infiltrate Neolantis. Renny grabs the computer disk while Spirit and Rima are captured by the Red Hand. In NY, The Avenger dons a disguise and enters John Sunlight's HQ and discovers grisly experiments on homeless men, then he and Monk, Ham, and Tom are captured. Doc fights to the Neolantis center, but Colissi's killers, mutated iguanas, and the robot nail him and the prisoners. The grand scheme: Neolantis will rule the world with a tsunami machine!
