Info édition : A silent story originally inspired by a still from "Alien" that Byrne saw while flipping through a copy of Heavy Metal at the newsstand. Originally published in b&w in "The Art of John Byrne". For the color edition, Byrne added bikini bottoms to his previously nude mystery woman. He attributes this to not only "15 years of added puritanism" but the desire to sell more copies, and partial nudity "is apparently more-or-less okay for general consumption" (quotes are from Byrne's afterword in the back of the book).
Résumé: Snow, the sole survivor of a crashed spaceship, wanders a barren moon. He comes across a domed structure. After exploring its corridors, he finds his way into the central chamber. It is a lush garden full of exotic plants, animals, and ... a beautiful woman?
